For us, no celebration is too big or too small, we’ve planned and designed intimate weddings of less than 30 to robust dance parties of over 200 and event over 2000 people.
Event design
Are you struggling to put together the ideas in your head of how you want your event to look or have no idea where to start? Maybe you have the logistics down, but just need that extra design push.
Partnering with Luxury Event to help you bring your vision to life is like having your stylist in your back pocket ensuring your event looks perfect, just like you!
Our event designers work with you to find out your unique style, taste, and how you want your guests to feel throughout your event. We then design and customize the perfect guest experience using all that our imagination can dream up, including florals, linens, rentals, lighting, music, etc. We are there on event day to execute all that we have created together and ensure smooth production of the design elements.
Our three phase process
It all starts with an idea and a conversation. During our initial meetings, we dream up ideas and details while talking through what is most important to you about your celebration. We also talk through the budget and timeline to ease your mind right away and make sure we are on the same page. We call this portion our Planning Phase.
Then the Luxury Event gets to work. We enter our design and make a cost plan so you can start to see how we can bring your vision to reality.
Finally, we reach our Execution and Management Phase. We coordinate all final details with our vendor team . We handle all of the details from vendor management, timeline execution and everything in between, so that you can enjoy and be fully present on your day.
